Expedited Shipment processing times

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11:00 AM (CT) will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM (CT) will begin processing the next business day.
  • Order placed after 11:00 AM (CT) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Expedited shipping (2nd Day Air) or Rush Shipping (next day) is required for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, in addition to a fee of $5.50 per item ordered.

When should I expect delivery?

  • Standard shipping will arrive in 4 to 6 business days. 2nd Day shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days. Next day will arrive in 1-2 business day.
  • We do not deliver for FrancoSarto.com on Saturdays, Sundays or on national and federal holidays.
  • FrancoSarto.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S.
  • We're happy to offer shipping to P.O. boxes, economy shipping only. Expedited shipping options to P.O. boxes are not available at this time. We cannot deliver to military APO/FPO addresses.

May I cancel my order?

To better service our customers, orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Therefore, we will be unable to cancel or modify your order, as we are unable to edit orders once they begin to process. Unworn items purchased on FrancoSarto.com may be returned within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund.
